Sales Representative – Vacation Ownership

ACTIVE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE LICENSE & PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Capital Vacations is hiring motivated, licensed sales professionals to join our Frontline Sales Team in Daytona Beach.

Previous timeshare experience is not required. If you have proven sales experience and an active Florida Real Estate License, we'll provide the in-person training, Hyperbound AI sales technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you transition into vacation ownership sales.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Earn up to 18% commission
• $15/hour training pay for the first 60 days

Position Overview

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests, understand their vacation needs, deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, build value, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.

Qualified guest presentations are provided — no cold calling or prospecting required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License — Required
• Previous sales experience — Required
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable and motivated to learn
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Previous timeshare or vacation ownership experience is welcome, but not required.

Sales professionals from real estate, automotive, luxury retail, home improvement, hospitality, membership sales, and other commission-based environments are encouraged to apply.
