Whether you already have vacation ownership experience or you're coming from real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, home improvement, or another sales environment, we provide the training, technology, coaching, and qualified guest presentations to help you succeed.

Position Overview

As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests visiting our Cocoa Beach resort and introduce them to Capital Vacations.

You'll identify guests' vacation needs, deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, build value, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

Qualified guest presentations are provided — you focus on selling, not prospecting.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred

• Commission-based sales experience
• Vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience
• Automotive, real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, home improvement, or other high-ticket sales experience
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals
