Responsibilities

What You'll Earn

• $1,200–$1,500/week average earnings
• $2,000–$4,000+/week for top performers
• Weekly pay
• Uncapped commission — your effort sets your ceiling
• New Start Bonus up to $1,500 for strong starters

What You'll Do

• Get out in assigned Newark neighborhoods and talk to real customers
• Present energy-saving options to homeowners in a simple, conversational way
• Enroll customers using MPower's proven process
• Hit daily and weekly activity goals set by your team lead
• Show up, stay coachable, and compete every day

Qualifications
