Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with Newark-area homeowners and introduce renewable energy solutions
• Compete daily against your own numbers and your team's
• Guide qualified customers through a simple enrollment process
• Take part in daily coaching, team challenges, and performance tracking
• Push yourself and your teammates toward weekly and monthly goals

What You'll Earn

• $900–$1,500 average weekly earnings
• $2,000–$4,000+ per week for top performers
• Weekly pay, uncapped commission
• New Start Bonus of up to $1,500 for qualified new hires
• Performance bonuses for hitting and beating targets
