Responsibilities

What You'll Earn

• $1,500–$2,500/week average earnings
• $105K–$115K+ for top performers annually
• Weekly pay — every week, no waiting
• Uncapped commission — no cap, no ceiling
• New Start Bonus up to $1,500 for strong starters

What You'll Do

• Work assigned Harrisburg-area territories meeting customers face-to-face
• Present clean energy options to homeowners in a simple, consultative way
• Enroll customers using MPower's proven process
• Hit daily and weekly activity goals alongside your team
• Show up, compete, and grow every single day

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience preferred — field or direct sales a strong plus
• Comfortable in a face-to-face, people-first environment
• Income-motivated — you want to earn, not just clock in
• Coachable, competitive, and reliable
• No degree required
