Sika Ukraine invites a Sales Representative for the underground waterproofing segment to work with TM Sika products manufactured by the Swiss concern Sika — a global leader in technologies and solutions for the construction and industrial sectors, including sealants, adhesives, protective coatings, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the construction market and identify projects at the concept and design stage.
• Ensure specification of Sika solutions and systems in project documentation.
• Identify and develop partnerships to implement Sika solutions in projects (educational institutions, hospitals, public buildings, industrial facilities, office and residential complexes, etc.).
• Drive active sales by managing and expanding both existing and prospective customer portfolios.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to project requirements.
• Work with technical documentation: translation, adaptation, and development of technical solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Provide technical support and ensure coordination of product deliveries to customers.
• Consult clients and support projects throughout the implementation phase.
• Participate in technical training sessions and workshops organized by Sika manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate reporting in CRM (Salesforce).
• Location: Kyiv, with business travel across Ukraine.

Qualifications

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Good communication skills
• High level of responsibility and discipline
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and proactive mindset
• At least 5 years of experience in construction materials sales
• Experience working with design/project documentation and CAD systems
• Higher technical education
• English level: Intermediate
• Valid Category B driving license
