Job Title: Sales Representative Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical Field
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative (preferably male) with experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical field The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling a range of medical or pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical or pharmaceutical products to existing and potential

  clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists,

  hospital procurement teams, and distributors.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to

  healthcare professionals.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned

  territories.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.

• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to management.

• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.

• Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional activities as

  required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or

  healthcare product sales

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE or GCC region.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of medical or pharmaceutical product knowledge.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or Marketing

• Existing client network within hospitals, clinics, or distributors will be an added

  advantage.

Compensation:

• Candidates with 3-4 years of experience: AED 12,000-15,000.

• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience: AED 8,000-10,000.
