Job Purpose:
To ensure effective sales execution in the assigned region by working closely with stores and overseeing the implementation of “Perfect Store” standard - Klaipėda or Å iauliai regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned stores on a regular basis
Monitor and improve sales performance (KPIs)
Work with distributor sales teams (train, support, motivate)
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into systems
Implement and maintain in-store equipment
Prepare reports and propose action plans
Requirements:
Higher (university) or college degree
At least 2 years of sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
Lithuanian language required, English is an advantage
Valid Category B driverâs license
