Our IES division is looking for a Sales Specialist for CMD/MSD renewals M/F.

As part of the EMEA Sales team, this position is dedicated to Renewal Contract sales with existing customers.

The primary objective of this role is to convert contract renewal quotations to purchase Orders. This will involve direct two-way person-to-person interactions with customers by email and telephone contact that develop relationships which achieve the best possible sales representation for the organization whilst delivering and exceeding our annual operating targets.

The incumbent will follow existing sales plans for the assigned region; be able comprehend and apply product features, benefits, and applications accompanied by selling skills to efficiently promote and consummate the sales of services products to achieve or exceed the assigned territory sales plan. The sales specialist will be required to collaborate between the Customer Care Centers and the Sales Reps to ensure alignment with progress on renewals.

Replacethe Sales Specialist for CMD/MSD Renewals for 6-9 months and be responsible for :

  • Ensure the achievement/overachievement of the sales target set by maintaining, identifying and developing sales opportunities through an out-bound sales activity.
  • Accountable for the stated targets in the territory and/or named accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and potential customers in person, via telephone and email in an assigned territory to allow product and service information to be communicated and strategic information to be gathered. Some face to face meetings may be required.
  • apply good customer relationships and service product knowledge to upsell contract renewals to higher contract entitlement and add on services to increase share of wallet.
  • Leverage data sources to scrutinize and develop sales opportunities with the greatest return on investment.
  • Communicates about competition activities, market trends, and changing customer development plans and priorities, which includes emerging customers

What you could bring to the role:

  • Degree or confirmed experience in Science based subject
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and excellent listening skills
  • Languages – Italian and reading, writing and speaking English.
  • Accountable for the stated targets in the territory and/or named accounts.
  • Deal with the customer relationship to ensure that product portfolio delight our customers and the contracts are commercially sound.
  • Some face to face meetings may be required.
  • Leverage good customer relationships and service product knowledge to upsell contract renewals to higher contract entitlement and add on services to increase share of wallet.
  • Communicates key competitive activities, market trends, and changing customer development plans and priorities, which includes emerging customers
  • Leverage data sources to scrutinize and develop sales opportunities with the greatest return on investment.
  • Support marketing programs and programs in other territories as assigned by the Sales Manager
