Your
missions :

  • Analyze markets and competitors to adjust sales plans and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support farmers with sanitary protocols and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Drive demand generation through fieldwork, CRM practices, and coordination with distributors.
  • Manage budgets for expenses and investments of the Sell-Out Field Promoter team.
  • Promote Ceva’s product portfolio and negotiate product usage with farmers to improve farm performance.
  • Monitor performance data and quotas, ensuring alignment with sales strategy and providing feedback at country level.
  • Coach and develop Sell-Out Field Promoters to enhance skills and retain talent.

Your
profile :

  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of sales or technical support experience in Swine industry in animal health or livestock business
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Proficiency in sales planning, negotiation, and account management
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting daily/weekly/monthly objectives
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and veterinary practices
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) depending on region
