Job Description

Organization Overview:

Our client is a trusted roofing and restoration company helping homeowners navigate storm restoration and roof replacement projects. They dont just sell roofs they guide customers through the insurance and construction process, ensuring they get the repairs they need with professionalism and as little hassle as possible.

With years of experience and a reputation for quality results, their team is expanding. Theyre looking for motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join them in bringing peace of mind to homeowners in storm-affected areas.

As a Sales Representative, youll be the face of our client in local communities. This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role where youll:

  • Connect with homeowners in storm-affected areas
  • Conduct roof inspections and property assessments
  • Explain the restoration process and insurance benefits
  • Guide customers into signing a restoration agreement
  • Work closely with management and field teams to ensure successful project completion

Youll be trained and supported every step of the way. This is a commission-driven opportunity with no cap on earnings the more effort you put in, the more youll earn.

Compensation & Structure

This role is performance-based with unlimited earning potential. Top representatives close multiple deals each month and quickly build strong incomes.

  • Paid Training: $500 during your first 2 weeks
  • Upfront Draw: $250 to help you get started
  • Commission: 10% of profit per construction job

Training & Support

Were committed to your success. New reps will:

  • Shadow experienced managers in the field
  • Learn roof inspection techniques
  • Master homeowner pitch and closing strategies
  • Gain hands-on experience with full team support

  • Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
