Role and Responsibility
- Managing and growing a portfolio of solar installers & electricians
- Developing new B2B accounts
- Quoting, closing, and managing repeat orders
- Selling solar panels, inverters, and battery systems
- Working under a clear profit (Gross Profit-based) KPI
Requirements
- B2B sales experience (solar, electrical, construction, or trade supply preferred), Solar experience is helpful but not essential, Attitude and execution matter more.
- Comfortable with KPI and accountability
- Strong communication skills
- Australian work rights
- Can work independently
- Can manage their own pipeline
- Understand that profit matters
