We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our sales team at Nexi! Not a traditional salesperson, but someone who has already proven the ability to deliver consistent results over time – and who actively contributes to a strong team culture, elevates the collective, and has the ambition to be among the best.

You understand that success in sales is a craft. It requires discipline, reflection, and the ability to balance individual performance with a strong contribution to the team and the business as a whole.

At the same time, you know that strong results are not only created in closing – but in the ability to build relationships, establish trust, and deliver real value to the customer over time.

Requirements – Experience & Performance

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C phone-based sales (outbound/inbound).
  • Proven ability to deliver results and close deals.
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable working in a KPI- and performance-driven environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced setting with clear expectations.
  • Strong communication skills – clear, sharp, and credible both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to adapt communication to different customer profiles.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B sales (SME segment).
  • Experience within fintech, payments, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong in objection handling and complex sales dialogues.
