
This position will be providing sales support for the assigned portfolio in Bristol residential project.
1. 负责客户接待及客户开发,负责客户购房资格预审(如:社保及贷款资格查询等)。
2. 严格执行销售管理制度,完成公司每月下达的销售任务。
3. 接受客户的意见, 处理客户投诉,遇到权限外的问题及时上报上级领导。
4. 协助销售及后勤经理跟进客户的签约、按揭、缴款、收楼等工作。
5.协助销售及后勤经理做好各项数据统计工作,认真填写各项销售统计表格。
6.了解和收集周边楼盘的销售动态,及时上报竞品动态。
1.大专以上学历;
2.市场营销、销售、物业管理类相关专业;
3.为人诚恳,具备高度的责任心和团队协助精神;
4.形象好、气质佳、端正大方、具亲和力,2年以上广州或佛山房地产销售工作经验;
5.能承受较大的工作压力,具较强的沟通和执行能力思维敏捷及思路清晰。
