Sales Representative - Roofing & Exterior Restoration

Compensation: $70,000 - $200,000 / year

Office 106 – Billings, MT

This is a field-based position serving the Billings and surrounding Montana market.

While there is no traditional office location for daily reporting, training, team meetings, and other business-related activities may take place at locations designated by management based on business needs.

Hiring throughout the Billings area and surrounding Montana communities.

Employment Type:
Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation:
$70,000–$200,000+

Pay Structure:
Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training:
Paid Training Provided

Schedule:
Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel:
Local travel throughout the Billings and surrounding Montana market

Experience:
No roofing experience required

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners to understand their exterior restoration needs
Build relationships with customers and provide professional service
Generate and develop new sales opportunities
Conduct property inspections and identify roofing, siding, and gutter needs
Present solutions and estimates to homeowners
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Guide customers through the sales and project process
Maintain accurate customer and sales information
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required

Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Comfortable with local travel throughout the assigned territory
Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and speaking directly with homeowners
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments
Strong communication and organizational skills
