As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth for the Villeroy & Boch brand portfolio within the South Romanian market. You will support our customers and actively contribute to the further development of the assigned sales region.

Your tasks:

• you are responsible for managing and developing our customers and key accounts in the Southern region of Romania
• maintain and develop good relationships with Architecture Offices, installation companies, construction companies in the assigned area (southern Romania)
• with your digital mindset, you provide holistic consulting to our customers along the entire customer journey
• together with our customers, you maximize sales
• through potential analyses and the evaluation of dashboards and KPIs, you contribute to the further development of the designated sales region
• you are part of international and cross-functional sales projects

Your profile:

• completed degree in business administration and / or proven sales experience in branded sales
• proficiency in English
• very comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM software (Salesforce is an advantage)
• category B driver’s licence and willing to travel frequently
• you have a natural ability to connect with people, build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships
• you are a skilled negotiator who can find win – win solutions
• you are driven by targets and committed to achieving them
