Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with regional and national sales targets.

2. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and private groups within the assigned territory.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders — biomedical engineers, department heads, procurement, hospital directors, and clinical staff.

4. Track and report sales performance using standard KPIs (YTD growth, YOY completion rate, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy) and maintain up-to-date CRM records.

5. Must be willing to travel the assigned region and able to travel globally when required.

6. Experience selling in anesthesia, and critical care product , or surgical products is strongly preferred.

Requirements

1. Bachelor‘s degree or above, majoring in engineering or equivalent, mechanical and electrical engineering, human science or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in international sales. Sales experience in the field of patient monitoring and life support is highly preferred.

3. Excellent communication skills in English and French.

4. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.

5. Able to travel frequently in Francophone Africa Region.
