What are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative – Paint & Coatings to drive sales growth, develop customer relationships, and expand our market presence within the paints, coatings, construction, and industrial segments.

What do we expect from the candidate?

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the paint and coatings industry.
• Promote and sell the company's portfolio of raw materials, specialty chemicals, and solutions for paints and coatings applications.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Provide market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and product management teams to identify and develop opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and effective management of customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline information in CRM systems.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

If you possess…

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' sales experience in paints, coatings, chemicals, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of paint and coating raw materials, formulations, and market applications.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship management and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Nice-to-Have…

• Experience working with manufacturers of decorative, industrial, automotive, wood, or protective coatings.
• Knowledge of the local paints and coatings market.
• Technical knowledge of pigments, resins, additives, solvents, and related coating technologies.
