Your Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with a portfolio of customers, including distributor branches and workshops.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Ensure that the right products and services are delivered to customers on time.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to maintain confidence and satisfaction.
• Prepare regular progress and visit reports.
• Conduct product training to introduce the programme offering.
• Liaise with the Marketing Department to support promotional and marketing activities.
• Actively participate in team activities.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Preferably technical or commercial education.
• Category B driving licence and safe driving experience.
• Commercial experience, preferably within the automotive industry, and knowledge of the sector.
• Knowledge of the automotive market.
• English language skills at B2/C1 level or higher.
• Good computer skills, including the Windows environment and Microsoft Office package.
• Practical knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to conduct sales negotiations.
• Creativity, optimism, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High motivation to achieve targets.
• Dynamism and openness to new challenges.
• Willingness to travel.
• Energy and enthusiasm for work that requires conscientiousness, consistency, and a long-term, goal-oriented approach.
