Ferring+You

As Sales Representative – Reproductive Medicine and Gastroenterology, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, you will drive sustainable sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored account strategies, and delivering high-impact solutions that meet client needs. Leveraging your expertise in pharmaceutical sales and account management, you will play a key role in achieving ambitious business objectives while strengthening our market presence and long-term partnerships.

Your day at Ferring

• Present and inform the doctors, pharmacists and Hospitals about the company products in order to obtain the prescription in his /her territory.
• Visit Doctors, Pharmacists and Hospitals in order to inform on products according to the marketing strategy and with the frequency and number of impacts approved for each segment of doctor. Build up and maintain a relationship with these stakeholders. Assist to Scientific congresses determined by the company.
• Classification of doctors and other stakeholders of the area according to the segmentation and targeting criteria. Proposal of new doctors to add to the files, changes or removals.
• Inform in an accurate, updated and according to the company's strategy about our products: use of marketing material, clarification of doubts and concerns of doctors about the products. Ensure that other departments complete this information to the doctor if necessary.
• Obtain information from the market about the doctors' concerns on our products, the competence and test our own marketing strategy and materials. Obtain information about possible public tenders, launch of competence products, Transmit this information.
• Propose activities in their territory (invitation to congresses, participation of doctors as lecturers, organization of clinical sessions…) that helps to promote our products always in compliance with ethics standards.
• Inform timely and in manner about the daily activity and planification and present on time expenses report or any other requested document by the company.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales Representative or comparable client-facing role.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working with Reproductive medicine and/or IVF is assessed as strongly asset.
• University degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Background in Science, biology, medical and pharmacy is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• High English language knowledge. We kindly ask candidates to submit their CVs in English
• Capable to develop a Commercial plan based on business analysis and prioritized territory and district level business opportunities.
• Provide strategy for achieving district level sales goals.
• Located in Thessaloniki
