Stationed at our brand‑new Presentation Center, you’ll play a key role in building meaningful connections with the local community and prospective homeowners. Here’s how you’ll contribute
• Welcome and greet all visitors to the sales centre and acknowledge customers promptly.
• Maintain a regular presence at sales centres to oversee appointments and presentations.
• Introduce Minto’s new home products and services and answer all inquiries within guidelines and policies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Understand customer personas and identify opportunities to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Schedule and conduct walkthroughs of inventory homes as required.
• Complete card calling and follow up touchpoints with prospects and customers pre , during, and post sale within guidelines.
• Enter contact card data and maintain the customer database.
• Take initiative to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Liaise with the Design Centre to support business results.
• Create, prepare, and maintain on site sales tools, including AVID information, sales/welcome packages, and marketing materials.
• Manage CRM data, ensuring accurate input, reliability, and system functionality.
• Support preparation of materials for new project launches and facilitate updates.
• Conduct weekly or bi weekly on site meetings with the Sales team to discuss CRM leads and lead management.
• Work with the Director of Sales on quarterly targets and reporting.
• Review APS, Condo Docs, and related documents for new community launches and manage updates.
• Promote and monitor incentives and propose changes or special promotions.
• Serve as the AVID representative for sales and work to improve customer service.
• Liaise with Marketing to ensure incentives and promotions are communicated effectively across communities.
• Manage, document, and resolve customer feedback and escalations.
• Manage special projects as required.
• Support customer experience initiatives, including external communications, call handling, and customer support.
• Assist communication between internal and external stakeholders such as sales representatives, solicitors, brokers, and service providers.
• Ensure all assigned processes are documented, key dates tracked, and transaction files maintained.
• Maintain reporting on lead scores and traffic sources.
• Submit weekly reports on current rates, active comparables, and incentives.
• Share relevant information with management and others who need to know.
• Shop local competition monthly.
• Review and understand competitive insights and compare directly to Minto.
• Stay current on community amenities.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings.
• Prepare and execute APS documents before scheduled appointments as required.
• Review sales files for accuracy and return them to sales assistants for corrections.
• Order and maintain Marketing and Sales materials.
• Conduct weekly inspections of sales centres and model homes to ensure cleanliness and proper presentation, and report concerns.
• Attend training to strengthen sales knowledge and skills.
• Assist with the setup of new sales centres.
• Perform other duties within the scope and purpose of the role as assigned by management.

• A Real Estate license is a requirement
• Minimum of 2-3 years of real estate experience, preferably in new home sales with a strong understanding of the real estate process and affiliated documents
• Proficient in Salesforce and integrated applications
• Microsoft Office – all apps, particularly Word, Office, Excel, and Teams
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must
• Drivers License and Vehicle is a requirement
• Willing and able to commute to site locations across the Greater Toronto & GTA


Hiring pay range: $36,000 per annum plus commission earned on every sale
