As a Sales Representative for Neurosurgery, you will drive sales and adoption of SCS (Spinal cord stimulation/pain management) and TDD (Target track delivery) therapies within an assigned territory while supporting patient access and outcomes. You will focus on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams, identifying growth opportunities, and executing region-specific market strategies. The position operates with a high level of autonomy and has a direct, measurable impact on sustainable, patient-centered market growth.

The assigned territory for this role is Morava region, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell SCS (Spinal cord stimulation/pain management) and TDD (Target track delivery) therapies within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets while supporting patient access and outcomes
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, distributors, and patients
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and patients throughout the therapy journey to support understanding, confidence, and adherence to treatment
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities by assessing customer and patient needs and providing appropriate therapy solutions
  • Support education and awareness of therapies for healthcare professionals and patients
  • Implement market development plans and adapt strategies based on regional needs and patient pathways
  • Gather market, customer, and patient feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations)

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Completed University degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare field
  • Neurosurgery department
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak language as well as English language
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Solid presentation and analytical skills; disciplined CRM/forecast habits
  • Driving licence and flexibility to travel within designated territory including occasional congresses/trainings abroad

Prior experience within the medical device industry, particularly in a Neurosurgery environment, would be highly beneficial.
