Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will work with leading telematics solutions and develop your B2B sales expertise in an international and fast-growing environment.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. We provide networking solutions for clients in complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika offers an excellent opportunity for experienced sales leaders to build strong teams, develop market strategies, and contribute to the global expansion of innovative IoT solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to market research, generate leads, and build rewarding relationships with potential clients.
  • Reach out to new potential clients through daily cold calling, email and LinkedIn communication.
  • Arrange presentation meetings with potential clients and present our solutions.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through daily contact and frequent visits.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions.
  • Work with an in-house built CRM System to log-in accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices.

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Plus)
  • Upper intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or active sales (experience in technology or telematics is an advantage).
  • Strong motivation to work in B2B sales (sales experience is a big plus).
  • Organized, result-oriented, and driven personality.
  • Ambition to achieve high earnings by working with innovative products.
  • Willingness to travel locally and abroad.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.

  • 15 resting days per year
  • Work model Monday to Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Salary:
