Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales and expand the customer base for our tank solutions, including GRP tanks and other storage tank systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, visiting project sites, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the construction, real estate, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

• Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Visit construction sites, contractors, consultants, developers, and companies to promote tank solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate tank solutions.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and orders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Follow up with clients on upcoming projects and potential sales opportunities.

• Negotiate with customers and support the sales process through to closing.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, quotations, follow-ups, and sales.

• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, water tanks, building materials, plumbing products, or a related industry.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Willingness to conduct frequent field visits and meet clients.
