As this position is part of the ITP, you will complete an 18-month international rotation program across different business units and locations. During this time, you will work on innovation and business projects while building the skills needed for your future role. After successfully completing the program, you will transition into a permanent position within NETZSCH.

  • Proactively identify and approach potential customers
  • Conduct cold outreach and initiate new business conversations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
  • Build trust based relationships with mid and long term perspective
  • Understand customer pain points and position solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure alignment
  • Use CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and performance

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable with cold calls and outbound engagement
  • Motivated by relationship building, not short term transactions
  • Basic technical understanding or strong interest in technology
  • Experience in B2B or consultative sales environments
  • Resilient and comfortable operating in dynamic environments
  • Fluent English

We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive business growth by building long-term, trust-based relationships with customers. You will identify customer needs, develop new opportunities, and create sustainable partnerships rather than focusing on short-term sales. Working closely with product and technical teams, you will combine a strong sales mindset with curiosity for technology to deliver value-driven solutions.
