Become part of a leading seed company – we are looking for a full-time permanent Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the region of Hradec Králové, Jičín, Náchod, and Trutnov.

KWS, one of the world's leading seed producers, is looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will actively develop relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, and business partners across the region. What will be your responsibilities:

• Achievement of annual sales targets for respective KWS crops.
• Ongoing communication with supervisor and review of sales targets.
• Advice and support to KWS customers. Finding and acquiring new customers.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Populating, expanding and updating customer database in CRM - Salesforce.
• Conduct marketing and product activities to achieve sales targets and brand knowledge (i.e. product variety trials, field days, events, seminars, product training, content for online marketing tools).
• Frequent exchange of information with direct supervisor to inform about market situation, changes, competition, events in the respective region.
• Support direct supervisor in business and relations with important customers and potential partners for cooperation.
• Attendance at professional events.
• Teamwork and collaboration with other Regional Sales Representatives as well as Marketing, Product and Logistics colleagues to achieve KWS OSIVA's goals.
• Preparing analyses on business results within agreed deadlines.

• Intermediate MS Office knowledge, as well as CRM database knowledge.
• Knowledge of the seeds sector, and partially Fertilizers and Crop Protection Products Sectors.
• Knowledge of agriculture market & distribution.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks and to work under pressure.
• Fluent Czech language skills.
