- Win new customers and grow existing accounts

- Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager
What you bring
- 5+ years in B2B sales (ideally life sciences/pharma)
- Strong commercial mindset and communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and customer-focused approach
- Fluent in German and English
