Sales Representative – McLeod Accessories

Own a large, high-potential territory, represent a trusted motorcycle accessories range and be rewarded for performance.

McLeod Accessories is looking for a driven Sales Representative to build customer relationships and grow sales across a broad Queensland and Northern NSW territory from south of the Brisbane River through to Northern NSW, and west beyond Charleville.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers and turning product knowledge into sales results. You’ll work with motorcycle retailers, workshops and dealers, developing existing accounts while creating new opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

Build strong relationships with motorcycle retailers, workshops, dealers and other customers.

• Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote the McLeod Accessories range, including product features, fitment, applications and benefits.
• Plan regular territory travel, customer visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and provide responsive product and sales support.
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer service, product availability, orders and issue resolution.
• Monitor customer feedback, market activity and competitor developments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, activity and forecasts.
• Support promotions, product launches and trade events.
• Deliver agreed sales, account-development and activity targets.

What you’ll bring

• Sales, account management, business development or customer-service experience.
• A genuine interest in motorcycles and accessories; industry knowledge is highly regarded.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• A practical, customer-focused approach to identifying needs and recommending suitable products.
• The motivation and organisation to independently manage a broad travel-based territory.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Queensland and Northern NSW.
