Overview:
Bush Trucks is seeking a high-energy, self-disciplined Sales Representative to join our Las Vegas office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong customer relationships while driving revenue across multiple service lines.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage sales across vehicle sales, leasing, rentals, upfitting, and logistics solutions
- Represent a diverse portfolio of light-, medium-, and specialized vehicles
- Manage a mix of furnished leads and proactive cold calling to grow your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Support and manage select national accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, including upfitting and logistics
- Assist with accounts receivable (A/R) management to ensure timely payments
- Travel approximately 30% to meet clients, support accounts, and expand business opportunities

- Proven experience in sales (commercial vehicle or related industry experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- High level of integrity and honesty in all interactions
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and work independently
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Proven sales experience required (commercial vehicle or related industry experience preferred but not required)
