We are seeking a confident and driven
Sales Representative – Lead Generation
to generate new business opportunities specifically for one of our businesses.
This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting customers across
construction, demolition, renovation, landscaping, and commercial projects.
You will play a critical role in building a strong and sustainable sales
pipeline by proactively targeting builders, trades, project managers, and
commercial customers with recurring or project‑based waste needs. The role
covers the full front end of the sales process — from research and cold
outreach through booking jobs, closing opportunities, and ensuring a smooth
handover to operations.
The successful candidate will be comfortable making high‑volume outbound
calls, speaking confidently with site‑based and office‑based decision‑makers,
and using our Wastedge CRM system to research prospects, track activity, and
manage follow‑ups that convert leads into active customers.
