We are looking for a Sales Representative to execute field sales activities to maximize growth and enhance our market leadership position.

A day in the life of a Sales Representative

  • Accountable & responsible for thruput sales performance for by category.
  • Territory Category - Service assigned outlets as per journey plan /call card.
  • Promotion Compliance
  1. Ensure Space is available during mailer/promotion period.
  2. Additional space display.
  3. Update Key Monthly Activities/Promotion.

  • Responsible for Product Distribution & Merchandising Standards
    1. Ensuring full compliance of channel must have list.
    2. Channel planogram and merchandising standard guideline.
    3. Maximize usage of pos material and replace old once with new one.
    4. Premium and New listing.

  • Winning Customers
    1. Being the preferred Supplier.
    2. Customer Service Level.
    3. Negotiation of Road show / Activities.

  • Market Intelligence
    1. Feedback on competitors’ activities & development to superiors for counter actions.
    2. Usage of Call Card.

  • Availability of Stock
    1. Ensure on shelf availability.
    2. Minimize OOS.
    3. Stock availability Information.

  • Market Hygiene
    1. Practice FIFO in outlets to ensure products are fresh/clean for sales.
    2. Market Return (WOW).

    What will make you successful

    • Basic merchandising experience.
    • Sales experience in FMCG.
    • Good communication skills.
