Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Sales Representative | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Grand Rapids, Lansing & Kalamazoo Areas | BathWorks of Michigan
BathWorks of Michigan specializes in premium Jacuzzi bath and shower remodels, and we’re growing fast across West Michigan. We’re looking for driven sales professionals who want to earn big, compete at a high level, and help homeowners transform one of the most important rooms in their home.
This is not a cold-calling role. We provide pre-set, high-intent appointments with homeowners already requesting consultations for premium bath and shower remodeling projects.

What You’ll Do
- Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Design and present premium Jacuzzi bath and shower remodeling solutions
- Follow our proven sales system
- Create urgency, build trust, and confidently ask for the sale
- Deliver a world-class customer experience from consultation to close
- Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius of your home.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong closer with a competitive mindset
- High energy, coachability, and confidence
- Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Availability for a rotating stable schedule:
- Week 1: Monday-Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday-Saturday
- Availability for appointment times at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM
- Ability to run approximately 11 appointments per week (not guaranteed)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary with forgivable draw structure
- Uncapped commission opportunity
- Monthly car allowance
- Top performers earning $150K-$250K+
