Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidate will be a key role in driving sales growth with both new and existing contractors and distributors.Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and the Business Development team, you will increase market demand and specifications for Leviat’s engineered concrete connection products. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for a driven, relationship-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Task & Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry influencers in Veneto and Friuli VG Grow existing accounts and win new business across the reference market
-Leverage CRM tools to manage project pipeline and customer action plans
-Use KPIs and dashboards to track and drive commercial performance
-Support Commercial Excellence initiatives and collaborate with internal teams
-Contribute customer insights to new product development activities
-Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislative requirements

Key Functional Competencies and relevant experience:
-Proven sales experience in the construction sector, ideally with distributors or concrete contractors
-Skilled in customer engagement, product education, and value selling
-Strong communicator with customers and internal stakeholders
-Innovative and analytical mindset with a hands-on approach Business or Engineering degree preferred
