
The Interventional Systems division (TIS) provides high quality, cutting-edge solutions for cardiac and vascular surgery, and interventional procedures performed inside blood vessels. We pursue therapies that minimize physical burden on patients. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for Interventional Cardiology (IC), Peripheral Intervention (PI), and Interventional Oncology (IO).
We are currently recruiting for our Interventional Oncology Division.
You will be our sales person / ambassador in the North-East region, this includes (Le Havre -) Lille - Nancy - Strasbourg.
You are part of the sales organization and promote and sell the entire product portfolio of the specialty to which you report.
Customers include interventional radiologist, pharmacists, nurses in the OR and other members of the medical and hospital staff in general.
You offer support and training in the appropriate use of specialized medical devices in certain diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Sales
⦁ You will implement the sales strategy presented by management and Marketing and will achieve sales targets.
⦁ You complete and qualify the CRM (T360) at each visit.
⦁ You work closely with the entire team (KAM/SAM, product specialists, etc.) to report field information.
⦁ You demonstrate a solid knowledge of competitors, their products and services, with a clear understanding of likely strategies to gain and maintain market share.
⦁ You ensure once a quarter (QBR) a detailed analysis of the sector as well as the development of a sector strategy.
⦁ You support the implementation of new products on targeted accounts.
⦁ You deal with all customer problems and provide an appropriate solution.
⦁ You demonstrate a strong sales mindset: able to prioritize, analyze your territory, and identify growth drivers.
⦁ You manage your activity with clarity, focus, and a high sense of ownership.
⦁ You identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen product adoption.
Support & training
⦁ You offer support and training in the appropriate use of specialized medical devices in certain diagnostic and interventional procedures.
⦁ You support doctors and/or auxiliary personnel in procedures where the devices are used, provide services and benefits on technologies, medical devices and procedures specific to clients.
⦁ You develop and maintain clinical communications to support, document and drive the use of our products.
⦁ You ensure products are used appropriately with regard to patient safety and intended use.
