We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, lead generation, and business development within a fast-growing EdTech environment.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and is interested in building a career in sales and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Assist in identifying and researching potential customers and business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
- Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM records.
Customer Engagement
- Communicate with potential customers through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Introduce iSchool programs and answer basic customer inquiries.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a positive customer experience.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, outreach efforts, and sales performance.
- Assist with data entry and sales administration tasks.
Market Research
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
- Provide insights to support sales strategies and growth initiatives.
Requirements
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship, volunteer, or sales/customer service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
