ポジション概要

美容医療事業部のSales Representativeとして、美容皮膚科・美容外科クリニックを中心とした顧客に対し、製品およびソリューションの提案活動を行います。

担当エリアにおける販売戦略の立案と実行、新規顧客開拓、既存顧客との関係構築を通じて、事業成長と売上目標達成を推進していただきます。医療従事者との関係構築だけでなく、社内関連部門や外部パートナーと連携しながらビジネス機会の拡大に貢献いただくポジションです。

営業活動

• 担当エリア内の重点顧客を特定し、営業戦略を立案・実行する
• 新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客との関係強化を行う
• 売上目標達成に向けた営業活動およびプロモーション施策を推進する
• 継続的なリード創出活動を通じて営業パイプラインを構築する
• 顧客の課題やニーズを把握し、最適なソリューションを提案する
• 新製品やサービスに関する情報を顧客へ提供する

顧客・関係者との連携

• 美容皮膚科・美容外科クリニックの医療従事者との信頼関係を構築する
• 社内の関連部門と連携し、顧客への最適なサポートを提供する
• 顧客や主要ステークホルダーの課題を理解し、事業機会創出につなげる
• 必要に応じて広告代理店や外部パートナーと協働する

学会・セミナー活動

• 学会、セミナー、トレーニング等の企画・運営を支援する
• ブランドおよび製品の認知向上活動を行う
• 製品やサービスに関する情報提供および説明を行う

市場分析・レポーティング

• 市場動向、顧客ニーズ、競合情報を収集・分析する
• CRM（SFDC）を活用した顧客管理および営業活動管理を行う
• 売上および経費管理、各種レポート作成を行う

製品・市場理解

• 臨床データや試験結果を理解し、顧客との専門的なディスカッションを行う
• ブランド戦略および事業計画を理解し、事業成長に貢献する
• 市場トレンドや競争環境の変化を継続的に把握する

応募資格

必須要件

• 以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
• 製薬企業または医療機器企業における営業経験5年以上
• 美容クリニックにおける看護師経験5年以上+営業経験
• 高いコミュニケーション能力および関係構築力
• プロジェクト管理能力
• 分析力および問題解決力
• 日本語ネイティブレベル
• Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook）の基本操作スキル

• Develop and execute sales plans and processes to maximize business opportunities with existing and prospective customers through the promotion and sale of products, services, and solutions.
• Track and monitor lead generation activities to ensure a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
