The Outside Sales Representative builds profitable, long-term customer partnerships through a consultative sales approach. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined territory, uncovering customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions by leveraging Tessman Seed Company products, services, and industry expertise.
This role is fundamental in growing a new territory. You will be apart of a new team in Milwaukee as we expand Tessman Seed Company into the area. This is a base + uncapped commission role with room to grow!
