We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE market, specifically in cosmetics sales, and hold a valid UAE driving license. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell cosmetic products to salons, retailers, and distributors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and product presentations.
Follow up on orders, collections, and customer feedback.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new product launches.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM or sales systems. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics sales (UAE market is mandatory).
Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and beauty industry trends.
Valid UAE driving license.
Based in or willing to work in Sharjah.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Preferred Skills:
Existing customer base in salons or cosmetic retail.
Experience with professional hair or skincare brands.
Strong time management and planning skills.
