Sales Representative - Foodservice

Cayman Islands | $45,000 - $55,000 KYD + Performance Bonus

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join the team in the Cayman Islands. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of foodservice accounts across the island.

The ideal candidate brings strong industry knowledge, a client-first approach, and the drive to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. A valid driver's license is required. Work permit assistance is available for the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow a portfolio of foodservice accounts across the Cayman Islands, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and food retail
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the local market through regular client outreach and site visits
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
• Present and promote the company's product range, matching client needs with the right solutions from the portfolio
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction
• Monitor market activity, competitor developments, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, account performance, and pipeline, reporting regularly to the Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a retail, supermarket, or wholesale environment
• Strong knowledge of branded grocery and health and beauty care products
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and solid computer literacy overall
• Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills
• Valid driver's licence required
• High school diploma or equivalent
