A leading company in the wooden and SPC flooring industry, recognized for its high-quality products and innovative solutions, is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to strengthen its presence in the Balkan region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Representing the company in the assigned market and achieving sales targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Participating in trade fairs and marketing campaigns.
- Organizing product training sessions for customers in Balkan countries (Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Albania, Greece).
- Establishing a leading position in the markets of Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in sales with proven success.
- Experience in the building materials industry, ideally in wooden or SPC flooring.
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and focus on achieving results.
Additional Details:
- This role is based in Croatia, with a preference for candidates located near Zagreb or Novi Sad.
- Reporting directly to the Operational Director in Poland.
- Clients include distributors in the assigned markets.
