Sales Representative ES – Aluminium Hardware Solutions (Wholesalers Channel)

The Sales Representative–Aluminium Hardware Solutions will report to the Aluminium Hardware Sales Manager.

It will be expected to be dynamic and results-driven to develop and grow our business within the Aluminium Hardware Wholesalers channel across Espanha. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships with wholesalers, distributors, Aluminium fabricators and key industry partners, while promoting a comprehensive portfolio of Aluminium hardware solutions. This role combines commercial development, technical consulting, and market intelligence to accelerate growth in a highly competitive market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Aluminium Hardware Wholesalers channel.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing wholesalers, distributors, and Aluminium system partners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and market segments.
• Promote and sell the company's Aluminium hardware portfolio, including solutions for doors, windows, sliding systems and related applications.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers, helping specify the most suitable solutions for each project.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the Aluminium construction sector.
• Support the introduction of new products and innovative solutions into the market.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and periodic business reviews.
• Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and customer workshops.
• Build long-term partnerships that strengthen market presence and increase customer loyalty.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Academy requirement

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.

Languages:

• Fluent Portuguese and good English proficiency. Spanish is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience working with:
  • Aluminium hardware solutions;
  • Aluminium systems;
  • Architectural hardware;
  • Doors and windows sector;
  • Construction distribution or wholesalers.
• Established network within aluminium fabricators, distributors, wholesalers, or construction channels is highly desirable.
• Experience conducting product presentations, training, and technical consultations.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Availability for frequent travel within Espanha.
