We are looking for a new successful talent for our Sales team for the position of:

Sales Representative Drywall

Region: Sofia and Southwestern BG

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for tracking and managing all projects within defined region;

• Provide technical onsite and office support to contractors and distributors;

• Maintain, build and develop relationships with the major Drywall Contractors and applicators within the assigned region;

• Achieve sales and profit targets as set;

• Serve and develop customer network in assigned region, work for customer satisfaction and negotiate commercial terms;

• Analyze, research and monitor market trends;

• Execute on identified sales volumes and distribution targets;

• Actively participate in presentations, demonstrations, meetings and product exhibitions;

• Deliver product presentations and job-site support to contractors and partners;

• Build relationships with dealers to generate leads and referrals;

• Provide market insights and identify growth opportunities;

• Conduct in-store and on-site product demonstrations;

• Comply with Company procedures;

• Use OneCRM daily to manage the full sales cycle.

What we’d love for you to have:

• University degree in Economics/Engineering or other relevant;

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Thermal Insulation Systems and other relevant products;

• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a similar position;

• Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office and Sales force (OneCRM);

• Excellent command of Bulgarian, English at a working level (written and spoken);

• Very good communication and presentation skills;

• Motivation to achieve high results, market-oriented thinking;

• Pro-activity, initiative and analytical;

• Ability to negotiate with people of all levels with tact and discretion leaving Customers satisfied with the outcome, whilst maintaining Company policies;

• Self-motivation with a desire for overachieving;

• Flexibility and willingness to travel on business;

• Driving License;

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s Products and the Competitors;

• Able to demonstrate the Company’s Products with a practical demonstration on site.
