Job Description

  • Formulate and drive innovative credit card business strategy to achieve portfolio growth and promote card loan financing services
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to achieve continuous engagement, explore new business and partnership opportunities to drive customer acquisition & activation
  • Collect market intelligence and propose improvement on team strategy from time to time
  • Review and implement digital customer journey and digital onboarding
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc management reports in terms of data analysis to optimize operations direction and planning
  • Participate and support in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by Superiors

Requirements

  • Diploma level, or HKQF Level 3 equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Banking / Finance is preferable (ideally in credit card / unsecured lending)
  • Familiar with the latest unsecured loan/credit card lending operations and business models
  • Good knowledge in real estate industry
  • Strong business connections with proven track record of success in growing a portfolio
  • Strong business acumen with excellent problem solving and data analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong in risk management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
