We are currently looking to identify top talent in the UK for a Sales Representative.

In the exciting and fast paced medical devices market that is the Instruments Business specifically within the Neurosurgical (Cranial) & Maxillofacial (MF) specialty. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business while at the same time identifying and developing new sales opportunities in key Neuro & Maxillofacial accounts.

Our comprehensive consumables portfolio features maxillofacial rigid bone fixation systems, biomaterials, porous polyethylene implants, microdissection needles, TMJ prothesis and patient-specific implants to address a wide variety of surgical specialties and procedures. You will be working closely with a team of 10 highly engaged, driven and collaborative team mates across the UK. You will take an active part in customer education in the field driving the North East & Yorkshire region to maximise and achieve great customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.

What you need

• B.A. or B.S degree ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2 years experience of working in a clinical role or proven success within sales
• Medical sales experience is preferred
• Natural ease to take ‘ownership’
• A coachable mentality, you embrace a growth mindset
• Ability to demonstrate your drive and desire to succeed and win
• Somebody aligned to our Values – Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
• Team player
• Leadership / position of responsibility within a team, group or community
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid UK drivers’ license

United Kingdom Pay Range:

• United Kingdom RB: £24,900 - £37,300 GBP Annual

The compensation information posted for this role may be presented as a salary range or a fixed amount depending on the role. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation (such as bonus and/or commissions where applicable), along with Stryker’s comprehensive benefits package.
