At Zentiva, we're looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Representative to drive growth across Central Switzerland and Ticino. You'll build strong partnerships with pharmacies and self-dispensing physicians, expand our customer base, grow portfolio share, and turn market opportunities into lasting business success through smart territory management and customer-focused execution.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES

Maintain and expand relationships with SD-Physicians, Pharmacists & HCP Group Members

• Develop partnership with SD Groups, pharmacies, Network & Associations aligned with commercial & marketing strategy and in the respect of the commercial policy.
• Responsible of operational implementation of these partnership up to the final customer.
• Monitor Group, Network & Association performance, challenge it and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and build relationships with SD-GPs and defined specialists in the German-speaking Swiss region as well as the Ticino Region
• Ensure sales and profit growth and coordinate smooth collaboration with partners and within the team
• Achievement of defined sales targets and review of profitability
• Evaluation of own customers and derivation of sales-promoting measures
• Organization and realization of training courses for customers
• Representation of Zentiva at national congresses
• Positioning of the Zentiva portfolio including successful launch of new products
• Ensuring the implementation of sales and customer experience excellence
• Create and proactively execute territory plan to drive success, adhering to all external and internal guidelines
• Conscientious, bi-weekly reporting in CRM

Achievement of the defined turnover targets and review of profitability

• Monitor German-speaking Swiss region performance and field activity. (ensure right SD groups and pharmacies are properly visited, at the right frequency, etc.). Challenge team and implement corrective actions
• Ensure that HQ decision and commercial strategy is operationally implemented by the field force team (Segmentation, Transfer orders and direct order commands, launch plan, etc.)

Perform defined and ad-hoc missions in various potential opportunities (i.e. SE-Physicians, Pharmacists & HCP Group Member, etc.)

• Ensure operational implementation of customer agreements concluded by Trade policy manager
• Develop cross-promotional activities within HCP groups to support promotion of Zentiva
• Visit and develop HCP customers and acquire new ones within German-speaking Swiss regions, supporting the yearly EBITDA objectives and ambitions
• Develop Zentiva brand and promote portfolio within defined customers groups
• The employee will perform other tasks under the direction of the Manager within the agreed type of work.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Business-fluent German (C1/C2) with the ability to engage confidently with physicians, pharmacy owners, and business stakeholders.
• Proven success in Swiss field sales within pharmaceuticals, generics, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience acquiring, retaining, and growing customer accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of sales performance, profitability, and customer value.
• Excellent CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

ADVANTAGE

• Italian (B2+) for effective customer coverage in Ticino.
• Experience working with both pharmacies and self-dispensing physician practices.
• Background in generics, portfolio selling, cross-selling, and repeat-order business models.
• Established network or regional roots in Zug, Schwyz, Lucerne, or Ticino.
• Pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare-related qualifications.
• French and/or English language skills.
