PIC, a Genus Company, has an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a Sales Representative (Central México).

The Sales Representative supports the execution of commercial and account activities by working closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of PIC products and services. This role builds a strong understanding of the business, customers, and internal processes while applying technical and functional knowledge to support sales execution, order management, forecasting, and reporting.

The incumbent contributes to problem‑solving and decision‑making using established procedures and professional judgment, operates under moderate guidance, and provides support to new team members as needed. The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration to support customer relationships, animal health monitoring, biosecurity compliance, and successful fulfillment of breeding stock and liquid genetics deliveries.

This is a position based onsite at the PIC Querétaro office, with approximately 25% of domestic travel required.

Responsabilidades y deberes esenciales

  • Build knowledge of the company, internal processes, and customers
  • Apply knowledge and experience within your discipline while continuing to develop advanced skills
  • Solve a range of straightforward problems using standard procedures
  • Analyze possible solutions using technical and functional experience, judgment, and established precedents
  • Work under moderate supervision and direction
  • Provide guidance to new team members, without direct supervisory responsibilities
  • Communicate detailed information clearly to others in straightforward and non‑contentious situations
  • Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in tracking objectives and milestones within the PIC and customer account plans
  • Support the KAM in preparing sales orders and credit notes for breeding stock and liquid genetics
  • Support the KAM in reviewing animal and liquid genetics availability and shipment planning in coordination with the Customer Service team and customers
  • Ensure execution of animal‑delivery health monitoring with customers
  • Support the review of animals delivered to customers
  • Support review of compliance with biosecurity and quarantine requirements before animal reception and during the quarantine period
  • Support the KAM in forecast development, budgeting, and various reporting activities

Requisitos

Basic Qualifications: (required)

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in swine production
  • Commercial experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • English as a second language (intermediate level)
