Sales Representative - Cape Town, Klapmuts - R25 000 to R28 000

A dynamic and growing business in the premium beverage and lifestyle space, committed to delivering quality products and memorable customer experiences, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding opportunities within the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Promote, sell, and secure orders from both existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and implement sales plans by channel, brand, and area.
• Manage key accounts and execute brand-building activities.
• Conduct customer visits and calls as per agreed schedules.
• Provide in-store support, including promotions, tastings, merchandising, and displays.
• Research and develop prospective customer leads.
• Supply management with feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Participate in trade shows and conventions.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Sales.
• At least 3 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong communication, selling, and people skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and handle difficult customers effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport.
