The Sales Representative manages the Bulk Products portfolio (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, and Hydrogen etc) across West Jakarta, Cilegon, Cikande, and Tangerang. You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new end-user accounts and securing long-term loyalty from existing industrial partners through expert contract management and technical advisory.
Execute strategic plans to meet annual sales budgets and identify "upside" opportunities within the assigned territory.
Proactively scout and convert new opportunities among industrial end-users in the Western region.
Build multi-level relationships with key accounts through regular site visits and consultative engagement.
Provide commercial and technical guidance to customers, liaising with Business Development and Application teams to offer value-added solutions.
Mitigate claims and maintain trust during operational challenges, such as equipment breakdowns or supply shortages.
Manage the entire contract process, including renewals, price escalations, and legal amendments.
Perform profitability computations, ensuring all investments meet a minimum ROI and aligning accounts with margin requirements.
Monitor payment terms and coordinate with the Legal department to resolve overdue accounts and maintain healthy cash flow.
Utilize internal sales tools and CFD inputs to document all activities, project progress, and weekly performance metrics.
Conduct all sales activities in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, HSQE protocols, and financial risk assessments.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the Industrial Gas or manufacturing sectors.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate ROI, manage price escalations, and interpret technical product applications.
Basic Mandarin fluency is a significant advantage for liaising with specific counterparts.
A proactive, sales-driven mindset characterized by high agility, professional aggression, and an outgoing personality.
