What The Position is About:

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by attending preset, qualified in-home consultations with homeowners in the territory
• Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
• Participate in sales meetings, field coaching, and ongoing training
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects while maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity
• Commit to continuous learning knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• High-ticket, consultative in-home sales experience
• Self-motivated personality with a passion for follow up, referral generation, and personal business development
• The ability to learn new processes, technology, and products
• Window and door experience is preferred
