Job Description

  • This is a 15+ year old bathroom remodeling company serving homeowners in New Jersey and Delaware
  • Qualified Remodeler Top 500
  • Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating

What is Being Offered:

  • $200K+ OTE with uncapped earning potential
  • Benefits

  • Weekly schedule: 5 days a week with 1 weekend day off

What The Position is About:

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by attending preset, qualified in-home consultations with homeowners in the territory
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
  • Visit big box stores twice a week for engagement and maintaining displays
  • Commit to continuous learning knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven sales experience within the home improvement industry
  • Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
  • High-ticket sales experience
  • Bathroom experience is preferred
  • Prior experience with big box stores is preferred
